The policy of the observer's Zoom connection

1. The number of Zoom connections by observers is limited to up to 3 connections. The purposes of the limitation are:
   (1) to keep effective communication among SA/operator at the summit and the observers,
   (2) to preserve the real-time discussion among the observers in unexpected weather and instrument/telescope situation,
   (3) to prevent the slowness of the internet connection.
2. PI or observers should set one communicator to communicate with SA/operator for the fluent proceeding of the observation.
3. It is necessary to avoid private conversations unrelated to the observation through the Zoom connection. For private conversations among observers, please use another separate communication tools or routes (ex. skype, google meet/hangout, telephone, private zoom mid, etc.).
4. If the observers need more than 3 connections for the Zoom MID, the PI needs to get admission from SA/operators. In this case, the discussion about the observation among all observers more than 3 connections should use Zoom's Chat function with texting or other separate communication tools. The voice communication should be limited only 3 connections and others can use the Chat window for communication.

観測Zoom接続における方針

1. 原則的に観測遂行のためのZoom接続は３つの接続に制限する。接続数の制限の目的は以下である：
   (1) 山頂スタップと観測者との有効なコミュニケションを保持する。
   (2) 予測せぬ天気の変化や装置・望遠鏡の問題などに対応し、観測計画の変更を円滑的に行うために、変化する環境を実時間で共有し観測者の間の議論を可能にする。
   (3) インタネット接続の速度低下を防ぐためである。
2. 観測のPIまたは観測者たちは、観測運用の混乱を防ぐために、SAとオペレータと主にコミュニケーションする一人を指定する必要がある。
3. 観測関連以外の雑談は避ける。雑談などの場合は、観測者間だけの別の通信方法(skype, google meet, hang out, 別zoom MIDなど)を使用し、山頂との接続はミュートにする。
4. 3つ以上の接続が必要な場合はSAとオペレータの許可を先に得る必要がある。全ての観測者間での観測に対する議論などはミュートした上でZoomのChat(texting)窓を使ってテキストとして行い。音声を利用した議論は３名に限定する。
