HDS obs. preparation

Please prepare your obs plan by yourself using Subaru HDS++ OPE file Editor (hoe), then send your config file (*.hoe) to Support Astronomer.

The .hoe files will be checked and revised (if necessary) by SA. So, even if you have not finalized your preparation yet, please your .hoe files until a week before your observing run.

Especially, when you want to use one of Image Slicers and/or I2-Cell, please let SA know your setups at least a week before the beginning of HDS run (you can check it in observatory's calendar.).
