The conference will be held in Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. Participants will enjoy a stay at this newly renovated hotel surrounded by natural wonders of Hawaii Island.
The Marriott resort is located 19 miles north of Kona international airport.
Subaru staffs have sighted dolphins at Honaunau Beach (one of the most famous snorkeling spot on this Island) in the early November.
Attendees can book rooms at a special group rate with free room Wi-Fi and optional resort fee). Please states on the additionlal requests if you want to specify the bed type.

All conference participants (inclusive non Marriott guests) can use the parking area in the Waikoloa Beach Marriott resort at the discount rate: $10 per day for self-parking or $15 per day for valet parking.
ROOM POLICIES: Room Rates shown in the resevation form do not include 13.416% room tax and Optional $15.00 Daily Resort Fee Per Night plus Tax. Total Room Charges will include applicable room tax, but will not include any resort fees (subject to change). CANCEL POLICY: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged one night room and tax. CHILDREN POLICY: Children 17 years or younger stay free of charge in their parent’s room using existing bedding. If a rollaway is required, there is a fee of $45 per day.
