This is a follow-up to the "Suspention of Night Observations" released on September 20th (Hawaii local time). As of September 27, we still suspend observations. We are continuing to investigate the causes and implement countermeasures while assessing impacts and considering preventive measures, etc. We will proceed with the current work for about two weeks, and will update you on the situation and a resumption plan.
