PIAA system geometry check

SystGeom_termfrx100.jpg : System geometry (x is up, z is to the right). In this figure, only the terms f1(r) and f2(r) are included and the mirror deformation has been multiplied by 100x to better visualize. NOTE: by including only terms f1(r) and f2(r), the system geometry is tuned for an on-axis focus to focus system, with the input focus at the center of PIAAM2 and the output focus at the center of PIAAM1.
SystGeom_x20.jpg : Same as above, but this time all terms have been included, and the multiplication factor is 20x instead of 100x.
