The PFS Prime Focus Instrument Day crew members were installing at a height of about 20 meters from the floor before the engineering observations in late July 2023. PFS consists of the Prime Focus Instrument, Spectrograph System (four spectrographs) on the 4th floor in the dome building, the fiber cables connecting Prime Focus Instrument and Spectrograph, and Metrology Camera System at the Cassegrain Focus of the telescope.
