| Social gathering (Banquet) | The social gathering will be held at around 6pm on January 24 in the Large Seminar Room at the Mitaka campus. The participation fee is being considered to be around 4,000 yen for staff, and a slightly lower fee for students. The fees will be collected at our registration desk in Japanese Yen (cash only). |
