Purpose

Subaru Telescope has been successful since its start of science operation back in 1999. This year - 2024 - is a memorial year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Subaru Telescope. With large continuous efforts of all our science users and the observatory staffs over the last 25 years, Subaru Telescope keeps its top-level science productivity in the world, and at the same time, its science capabilities are still being upgraded under the framework of "Subaru-2.0" program. A great news is that the new Prime Focus Spectrograph (PFS) instrument is now ready for science operation (to be started in S25A semester), and in addition, we are also excited about the upcoming instruments such as ULTIMATE-Subaru. The Subaru Users
Meeting has always been an important opportunity for our community members to gather, share recent scientific results from Subaru, explore future perspectives, and stimulate new collaborations. It is also an important opportunity for the observatory to receive feedback from the community, and sophisticate the observatory's strategy toward the future, "Subaru 3". We encourage everyone in the Subaru community to participate in this users meeting, and join intensive, exciting discussions on various topics around the Subaru Telescope.
