Glow at the corners of image

An artificial "glow" was appearing in the corner of either camera array or spectrograph array. One of the readout boards was the cause of this "glow". Although it was difficult to remove this glow from both CAM and SPG arrays due to the lack of healthy boards, this issue is now solved. Therefore both CAM and SPG arrays can be used for science purposes in a single program.
