Target visibility
Subaru Telescope can observe targets as low as 15 degrees elevation above the horizon. The following figure shows the length of time a celestial target is above a given elevation angle, as a function of its declination. This figure is also available in postscript format.
The following table lists visibility durations for various target declinations. A web tool to help determine your targets' visibility is also available.
