| Presentations | You are encouraged to make presentations if you have results. - Oral presentation: 20min including time for questions/discussions - Poster presentation: Poster + a short (1min) talk * When the number of applicants for oral presentation exceeds the quota, we may have to make a talk selection and ask some of you to shift to poster presentations. |
| Financial Supports | It is expected that we can support for accommodation and domestic transportation for researchers / graduate students who are affiliated with domestic organizations. Since the meeting budget is limited, please note that there is a possibility that we cannot meet your expectation. |
| Banquet | Banquet will be held from 6pm to 8pm on 29th Jan in the NAOJ campus. Banquet fees - Staff: \4,000, Students: \3,000 The fees will be collected at our registration desk in Japanese Yen (cash only). |
