Welcome

I am a scientist/astronomer at Subaru Telescope, National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ). My research work focusses on planetary dust and disks in the Solar System as well as in extrasolar planetary systems by means of infrared observations. I also serve as a public information officer at Subaru Telescope, in charge of most of matters on public information including press releases (particularly for taxpayers in Japan) and maintenance of Subaru's website.
