Publication procedure
- Submit the camera-ready manuscript (in print or in electronic,
printable form) to the editorial (Saeko S. Hayashi at Hilo) to be
registered/numbered.
- Manuscripts will be processed every-other month, at least(?).
- 260 copies will be printed for each manuscript. Approximately
200 are mailed from Subaru Office at Mitaka (actually from the
printing agent; mailing label is handled by the Subaru Mitaka
Office). Rest are for the author(s).
- There is, at this moment, no solid limit in the number of
pages. For Ph. D. thesis, you may prefer to reduce pages with some
style modification.
- Color pages are also reproduced. Specify whether they are to
be inside the pages after respective text, or can be stacked
together at the back.
This series is intended to be inclusive;
- scientific and engineering research papers
- papers at the stage of being accepted / in press / published
- authors affiliation not limited to NAOJ/Subaru Telescope
Current publication is limited to the good-old printed version of
the preprint/reprint;
- This series is sent to the major observatories, institutes,
university departments,
(current series is sent to 190 locations inside and outside Japan
[ mailing list ] )
- Additional prints are available for the authors personal
use
(current addressee does not include individuals).
- Electronic version will be available in future.
