We propose to perform “Target of Opportunity” spectroscopic observations of GRBs which indicate Lyman-α R drop signature from an early afterglow observation. Our program aims to identify and study rare and highly valuable GRBs in the distant universe by delivering secure spectroscopic redshifts for candidate events at z > 7. Our goal is to probe the re-ionization history of the universe using GRB afterglow lights. We request a total of one night (two ToOs for a half night each).
