On the surfaces of the Jovian icy satellites, Cl-bearing salts have been suggested on the surface based on previous observations. The salt compositions should reflect the chemical composition of their potential subsurface oceans, and the alteration processes due to irradiations of high-energy particles. However, the salt compositions are not identified yet since high-resolution spectra are limited in narrow wavelength ranges (1.5–2.5 µm). Here we propose Subaru/IRCS+AO188 observations for the satellites’ surfaces in wavelength of 1.0–1.5 µm. This will provide constraints for salt compositions on each surface. The constraints will allow to promote understanding of the whole ocean chemistry in the Jovian system, and of the alteration processes on the icy surfaces.
