Precise mass determination is one of most important tasks to study evolution and physical parameters of a star. Significant effort for the development and validation of evolutionary models has been done last decades, however the comparison between observations and evolutionary models for pre-main sequence stars (PMS), especially for low-mass stars below 1 Msun and younger than 10 Myr, shows large discrepancy. We propose to observe PMS binary systems to determine, model-independent dynamical masses for low-mass stars to calibrate evolutionary tracks. We will try to determine their orbit by measuring precise Radial Velocity (RV) and astrometric positions of all components in the system proposed here. Such observations require very high-angular resolution, high-contrast, and high precision RV measurement capability and only REACH/Subaru, a combination of SCExAO and IRD, can realize such observation. Furthermore, a combination of astrometry by direct imaging with CHARIS and RV measurements will yield distance independent orbital parameters, or in other words, the distance to the system can be determined independently from the parallax measurement.
