We propose to obtain high-resolution blue spectra to determine abundances of heavy elements for 10 candidate r-process-enhanced ([Eu/Fe]>+1) very metal-poor stars selected from our previous studies with LAMOST and Subaru. The first goal of this program is to determine lanthanides abundances to confirm the origin of heavy elements to be the r-process, and determine the extent of the excess. This will increase the robust sample of r-process-enhanced stars from which possible clustering of kinematics features is investigated. The second goal is to determine the abundances of the actinides element Th to constrain the condition of the r-process sites and to assess the effect of fission.
