Accretion process of massive young stellar objects (MYSOs) is important to study their mass growth and stellar- and disk- evolution during formation. Recent first detection of accretion burst event in one MYSO, S255-NIRS3, gives a new view that episodic accretion can occur in MYSOs as well as in low-mass YSOs (LMYSOs), but the detailed physical information, especially soon after the beginning of the accretion burst, is lacking. Our proposed ToO spectroscopic and imaging observations in the NIR and MIR, triggered by methanol maser outburst, enable us to investigate uncovered mass growth process of MYSOs.
