We propose N- and Q-band imaging with NL spectroscopy of Jupiter by COMICS, in order to cover the spatial and time changes of Jovian mid-upper atmospheres around Junoβs perijoves (PJ: closest approaches). The results uniquely provide the distributions of temperatures with NH3 ice and gas sounding the upper troposphere and stratosphere which can only be seen in MIR. This observation provides the spatial and temporal context for the time scales of dynamics and energy transport, especially, for (A) the variations in the polar region seen as the CH4 emissions with hydrocarbons β the connection to the space (short-mid term changes) and (B) the variations in the low-latitude storms seen as the NH3 ice and gas etc. β the connection to the deep atmosphere (mid-long term changes), by 4 sequential nights observation in maximum. It is the last contribution of Subaru in mid IR to support Juno observations as a part of international campaign.
