Accretion process of massive young stellar objects (MYSOs) is important to study their mass growth and stellar- and disk- evolution during formation. Recent first detection of accretion burst event in one MYSO, S255-NIRS3, gives a new view that episodic accretion can occur to MYSOs as well as lower-mass YSOs, but the detail physical information, especially soon after the accretion burst, is lacking. Our proposed ToO spectroscopic observations in the NIR, triggered by methanol maser monitoring with a radio telescope, enable us to investigate uncovered mass growth process and disk-stellar interaction of MYSOs, and relation between accretion burst event in MYSOs and lower-mass YSOs.
