MOS Distortion map data acquisition

Multi-exposures must be done with the following setup.

CAL Setup

Select Th-Ar (~6 mA) with ND=1.0
r=-70, 0, 70mm

r moves to the direction with larger Y on +: chip.

FOCAS setup

Ultra-distortion mask
1X1 binning
N658 Filter
5-8 sec exposure
